Seham Abdala, Director, New Jersey ING

Seham Abdala is the Director of the New Jersey Islamic Networks Group. Seham is an engineer by profession and worked at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where she helped innovate the first fully-automated blood bank instrument in the world. She received several Johnson & Johnson R&D awards for her excellent performance and teamwork. She retired early to focus on the bureau where she serves as a volunteer officer and speaker.
