Date(s) - Wednesday, November 6th, 2019
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts

Moderated by Santa Clara County Supervisor Joe Simitian, join us for an interfaith panel consisting of Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist and Christian representatives to address the shared values among all of their faiths. In this panel discussion, representatives of major world religions will offer a brief overview of their beliefs and practices and discuss the human and ethical values they share with one another. Through this discussion they will demonstrate that, despite profound differences of belief and practice, all their traditions promote common values that are vitally important today. This panel illustrates the possibility, and indeed the necessity, for diverse religions to join together in a common effort for a more harmonious and peaceful world.

The session will also include a period of Q&A with the audience. Join us!

This panel is co-sponsored by the City of Mountain View.

Doors open at 6 pm. The event begins at 6:30 pm.
