Interfaith Panel: Living the Faith
How do adherents of different religions live out their beliefs, practices, and values in the busy lives they lead in the contemporary world? Representatives of major world religions in this panel discussion will answer this question, drawing on their understanding and experiences living in contemporary societies. The panelists will address how religion influences their everyday life, how they make room in their daily schedule for the demands of their religion, and how they negotiate possible tensions between their religious practice and their working and living environments.
This discussion will help audiences understand how commitment to a religious tradition and community shapes and gives context to one’s daily life.
Throughout the event the panelists will entertain questions and have a discussion with the audience.
