A Season of Reflection and Celebration

As we enter the first days of April, we find ourselves in a meaningful convergence of holidays.
Passover began at sunset on April 1 and continues through sunset on April 9, as Jewish colleagues and their families observe the story of liberation and freedom through the Seder, traditional foods, and time with loved ones.
This Friday, Good Friday (April 3) marks the solemn Christian commemoration of the crucifixion of Jesus, followed by the joyful celebration of Easter Sunday on April 5. These are profound occasions for reflection, faith, and community.
We ask all managers and team leaders to be mindful and flexible. Please make every effort to accommodate employees observing these holidays. This might mean creating opportunities for colleagues to share their holiday traditions and customs with peers, adjusting schedules, offering remote work options, or simply creating space for employees to step away and honor their traditions. These small gestures of recognition go a long way in making every member of your team feel seen and valued.
Bring These Conversations to Your Workplace
Intercultural Networks Group is pleased to offer an interfaith panel to help your organization thoughtfully engage with the observances and needs of employees across faith traditions. Seasons of Faith: Supporting Employees Across Religious Traditions brings together representatives of major faith communities in a dynamic panel discussion designed to help staff, managers, and HR professionals navigate religious holidays, workplace accommodations, and the building of genuinely inclusive cultures. Available in-person or virtually, and tailored to your organization’s size and audience, this program meets you where you are.
