History of ING Presentations in Corporations, 1998-present
In today’s global economy, the workplace has become increasingly culturally diverse. This can lead to increased misunderstandings and conflicts, which results in decreased productivity. Muslims, like other minority groups, sometimes experience discrimination by co-workers or supervisors because of their appearance and religious practices, or due to misconceptions about Islam. To prevent potential misunderstandings or discrimination, ING offers an interactive presentation titled American Muslims in the Workplace for employees or mangers. ING has delivered cultural diversity seminars to the following corporations from 1998 until the present.
