Alma Ramos is a facilitator, trainer, curriculum designer, and advisor on anti-racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her work focuses on affinity group and employee resource group initiatives for underrepresented communities, designing programming to increase retention of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) within organizational settings, and cultivating continuous learning opportunities on how to best support individuals with an intersectionality lens. Alma received her MA in Counseling with a concentration in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver, and her BA in Educational Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
