Daisy Kim is an Asian American Studies and Race and Cultural Studies educator at the university and community levels. She is also a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion curriculum developer and educator with a commitment to social and organizational change. Daisy grew up as a “third-culture kid” in Korea and Hong Kong before immigrating to the US. She is an advocate of immigration justice and now lives in New York City. She received her MA in Asian American Studies and her BA in Women Studies and Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles, and attended graduate school in Ethnic Studies at University of California, Berkeley where she was a Graduate Funding Officer.
