Dr. Tom Ellington is a professor of political science at Wesleyan College, in Macon, Georgia. He has also taught at Sookmyung and Ewha Women’s Universities in Seoul, South Korea, as well as at Guangzhou University. From 2007 to 2013, he served two terms as a member of the Macon City Council and has remained active in public service in a variety of appointed positions since then. Dr. Ellington was a Fulbright Korea Senior Scholar in 2014. He earned a Ph.D. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, and completed an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School.
