Grace Chan McKibben is the Executive Director of the Coalition for a Better Chinese American Community, which focuses on civic education, community planning and development, and civic leadership development in Chicago’s Chinatown and neighboring communities. She previously held senior level positions in higher education, government, financial services, consulting, and social services. Grace holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as an MA and BA from the University of Chicago and is currently a PhD candidate at Adler University. Her work in equity and inclusion has earned her many accolades and awards, including the Alumni Diversity Award at the University of Chicago and the Mayor of Chicago’s Medal of Honor. She was recently named one of Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2025 Notable Leaders in Philanthropy.
