Imam Faheem is the Resident Imam and scholar at Waritheen Mosque (Masjidul Waritheen) in Oakland, California. He is a former minister of the Nation of Islam, a lifelong student of Imam W. D. Mohammed (ra), and the founder of the Muslim American Research Institute Advocating Marriage (M.A.R.I.A.M.) as well as the Sacred Life Project (a public language codification project focused on the language, logic and legacy of Imam Mohammed). Imam Faheem consults and advises large and small companies and organizations, including the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco, Chiron Corporation of Emeryville, the University of California, Yale University’s School of Law, Howard University, and many more.
