Katy Dickinson is the Founder of Mentoring Standard. Starting in 2001, she was the Process Architect for successful mentoring programs in the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia – while holding a variety of senior executive roles in the Silicon Valley. In May 2021, Katy Dickinson was graduated with a Master of Arts – Christian Theology from the Graduate Theological Union (GTU). She is in the Berkeley School of Theology – Doctor of Ministry program, and has served as a jail chaplain since 2015.
