Mike Hinckley is a criminal trial attorney who has worked for over 30 years in both federal and state courts. Since 2015, Mike has served as an Advisory member of Fogbreak Justice, an Implicit Bias & Procedural Justice Training Provider in Oakland, California. He is also a subject matter expert in police use of force and certified Force Science Analyst and has been on the faculty at the Administrative Office of the US Courts. As a trial attorney Mike has participated in several notable trials, including People vs. Garcia Zarate and United States vs. Eddy Lepp. Mike is married with three sons. Mike is also a conceptual artist and devout Buddhist.
