Sheila has advanced liberation and justice movements in New York, the Midwest, and California. She has engaged and educated young media creatives to translate their visions into powerful viral video projects. Sheila has collaborated with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color leaders to free the oppressed from systemic injustice, demand police accountability, and heal trauma. She has studied journalism, film, Middle East and North African affairs, and peacemaking.
