Islamic Networks Group and its nationwide Affiliates join all Americans today in remembrance on the 15th anniversary of September 11th.
The anniversary of 9/11 is a reminder to all Americans about our shared values, our common humanity, and our conviction that we are stronger as a nation when we stand together. And so this anniversary is a time not only of grieving but also of hope that we can come together to uphold the values of mutual respect and pluralism that are the foundation of our national life.
We are proud to work with our ING Affiliates, interfaith partners, community leaders, and all Americans about the important lessons of unity, empathy, and service that emerged from the 9/11 tragedy.
As Americans, we stand united in our determination to work with our neighbors to foster the intercultural and interreligious understanding and harmony that are needed for a world of peace.
