September 28, 2011 – Don’t Wait for Hate: Support ING this Winter

Insults spray-painted by vandals on a mosque in Nashville, TN. ACLU reports a 94% increase in campaigns, vandalism and assaults on mosques and congregants in the period between January 2010 and July 2011

Never has it been more vital to support the work of ING. The nation faces an unprecedented campaign of hate by a small but vocal minority against American Muslims and their faith, commonly referred to as Islamophobia.

Act now to prevent an escalation of harassment and discrimination against Muslims, and those who are perceived to be Muslims, by supporting our effort to scale ING’s educational programs, interfaith engagement and bullying prevention work across the country and provide American Muslims with the tools to help them speak and act for themselves.
