Wishing all those celebrating a blessed and joyous Eid ul-Fitr!
For our friends of all backgrounds, Eid ul–Fitr commemorates the end of Ramadan and is a day of morning prayers and reflections followed by celebrations with family and friends. To greet a Muslim on Eid, the greeting is Eid Mubarak! (Blessed Eid) or simply, Happy Eid.
If you are an educator with Muslim students in your classroom, please excuse your students’ absences and any assignments that are due today. You can learn more about the holiday and other religious practices that impact Muslim students by visiting here.
If you are an employer and have Muslim employees, they will likely take off part or all of the day. You can learn more about the holiday and other religious practices that impact Muslim employees by visiting here.
For all those celebrating, we want to extend our sincere congratulations to you for completing the blessed month of Ramadan and our best wishes for a joyous Eid ul-Fitr. We hope that this special day brings happiness and prosperity to you and your family and that it is a time of peace and celebration throughout the world.
We also want to take this occasion to extend our deep appreciation for all of your continued support throughout the year – we couldn’t do it without you!
