Eid Mubarak/Happy Holidays

As Ramadan draws to a close and we joyfully celebrate Eid al-Fitr this Friday, March 20th, we at ING pause to reflect on the incredible impact made possible by your generosity and to share our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of our mission to foster understanding, mutual respect, and bridge building across communities. We invite you to explore our ING Impact Report 2023–2025 to see firsthand how your contributions are making a difference.
As we look ahead to a season filled with meaning and celebration, we wish all who observe a joyful Easter and a peaceful Passover in April. May these holidays bring renewal, reflection, and joy to you and your loved ones.
With gratitude and warm wishes,
The ING Team
Religious Holidays & Workplace/School Accommodations
Eid al-Fitr, the joyful celebration marking the end of Ramadan, falls this year on Friday, March 20th. Muslim employees and students may request a partial or full day off to attend communal Eid prayers, typically held in the morning, and to celebrate with family and community. Employers and school administrators are encouraged to accommodate these requests with the same flexibility extended to other religious observances, in keeping with the spirit of inclusive and respectful workplaces and learning environments.
Planning ahead and maintaining open communication can help ensure a smooth experience for everyone. We encourage managers and staff, teachers and students to discuss scheduling needs in advance so that all religious observances and holidays can be honored without disruption to work or academic responsibilities.
