Our Inclusion and Belonging training for healthcare and dental care professionals features speakers representing Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Buddhist, and Hindu communities. The interreligious panel highlights challenges faced by various faith groups, including religious bias in society and institutional settings that can impact healthcare access and outcomes. Panelists will share insights into prevailing stereotypes and discuss what they want healthcare and dental care providers to understand to improve trust and culturally competent care. The training incorporates best practices for faith-sensitive care delivery and concludes with interactive case studies and discussions. Available in 2- to 4-hour formats, the sessions include exercises and breakout discussions for deeper engagement.
