This seminar for corporate teams features an interreligious panel of Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Hindu, and Buddhist speakers. Panelists discuss the diversity within their own faith communities, common stereotypes and assumptions encountered in the workplace, and religious practices that may require accommodations, including prayer, dietary needs, attire, and holiday observances.

The panel also explores practical strategies for fostering respectful and inclusive workplace environments, responding to bias and discrimination, and supporting employees of all faith backgrounds while maintaining workplaces that are welcoming and respectful to everyone.
