Yousuf Mazhar
Yousuf Mazhar has over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, and Healthcare. Prior to Spiracur Yousuf was with De Novo Ventures leading investments in medical devices and diagnostics, including Spiracur. Prior to that Yousuf was with Kaiser Permanente in their Venture Capital Group and on their Competitive Intelligence Team. He led primarily health service and healthcare IT investments and co-developed the firms internal M&A practice group. Yousuf began his career on Wall Street with UBS Investment Banking and later joined the Global Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at JP Morgan and its predecessor H&Q. Yousuf holds a BS and an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s in BioTechnology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science.


Asim Mohammad
Asim Mohammad is Senior Vice President of Data and Analytics for the Retail Banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has a diverse set of experience in Sales, Strategy, Operations, and Product Management. Asim is responsible for leveraging the bank’s technology strategy, use of technology and expertise to help expand customer relationships. He also works to introduce emerging technology companies that offer innovative solutions to technology executives that meet their objectives. Asim holds a degree from the University of North Carolina in Mathematics and an MBA from Duke University with Dual Concentration in Finance and Health Sector Management.


Zarina Khan
Zarina Khan is an Account Executive at Zenefits, an online human resources management platform. She was previously a Corporate Account Executive at ClearSlide. Zarina has also held a number of positions at LinkedIn, including Team Lead in both Sales Development and Search & Staffing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Economy and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.


Farhan Syed
Farhan Syed is the Head of Sales for He was previously Senior Director of Global Sales Operations at LinkedIn, where he had also worked as Senior Manager of European Operations and Senior Manager of Sales Operations. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Farhan was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company. He holds a Master of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania's Lauder Institute and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Farhan also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.


Jennifer Bryson
Jennifer Bryson is the Director of the Zephyr Institute, a non-profit organization in Palo Alto, CA that facilitates research and intellectual inquiry contributing to human wellbeing and the common good. She is also a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the U.S. Army War College. Jennifer was previously a Project Director at the Islam and Religious Freedom Project as well as the Witherspoon Institute. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations (Arabic and Islamic Studies) from Yale University, a Master of Arts degree in Medieval European Intellectual History from Yale University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University, and a certificate in Arabic Studies from the American University in Cairo.

Azra Hussain
Azra Hussain is founder and president of the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Arizona (ISBA), an ING affiliate based in Phoenix. She currently serves on the Arizona Muslim Police Advisory Board, the Banner Health Professional Advisory Committee for Clinical Pastoral Education, and on the steering committees for the Interfaith Network of Scottsdale as well as the tri-faith Salaam Chai Paradise. She has served on the Phoenix FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Board as Vice President and as a Citizen member on the Scottsdale Police Department Use of Force Review Board. Azra is also a co-founder and past Board member of the Islamic Center of the Northeast Valley. 


Dr. Soraya Orady
Dr. Soraya Orady has a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She is currently the president and a founder of the Islamic Education and Resources Network “ILearn”. ILEARN is a non-profit educational organization founded in 2003 serving Michigan and Northern Ohio. Trained ILEARN speakers offer presentations relating to Muslims and Islam to a variety of local communities and institutions. Dr. Orady has been giving numerous presentations, panel discussions and interviews about Islam and Muslim culture to a wide range of audiences during the past 12 years. Dr. Orady is married to a University of Michigan professor of Engineering and a mother of twins. Her daughter is a Physician, and her son is an Engineer. 


Syed Ali
Syed Ali is the former president and founding board member of the Islamic Speaker’s Bureau, Dallas/Fort Worth (ISB-DFW), an independent affiliate of the Islamic Networks Group. Syed is a Network Consulting Engineer by profession and provides Network design and Subject Matter Expertise on wide ranging Wireless technologies for large manufacturing, retail, and sports & entertainment customers. Syed is also an advocate for peace, pluralism, and social justice. He is passionate about community organization and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations to make a difference through positive actions and contributions to society at large. 


Ali Asghar Rangwala
Ali is an independent business consultant with over 25 years of experience in the areas of business operations, process consulting, and strategic business opportunities analysis. Ali previously served as ING's Finance Manager from 2008-2015. He has worked in the construction, semi-conductor, and IT services industries, and his experience spans business management, accounting, civil engineering design and DoD project management. Ali Asghar received his M.B.A. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. He is passionate about volunteering, loves music, reading, camping, hiking, and travel.
