Video: ING Convergence of Abrahamic Holidays 2022

The year 2022 saw a unique convergence of holy days and seasons among the Abrahamic faiths occurring at around the same time: Ramadan for Muslims, Lent and Easter for Christians, and Passover for Jews. On April 12, 2022, ING convened an interfaith roundtable of Muslim, Christian, and Jewish panelists, who discussed what these holidays mean to them personally and for their community, as well as the relevance of their respective holidays for people today and how those of different faiths can come together to work for peace and the common good.

Panelists:

Ustadha Ameena Jandali (Muslim)

Rabbi Amy Eilberg (Jewish)

Reverend George Anne McDonnell (Christian)

Facilitator

Tabassum Haleem (ING Executive Director)
