Law Enforcement Agencies History of ING Presentations in Law Enforcement Agencies, 1994-2020 Hate crimes against Muslim Americans have increased five-fold since 9/11! Under the POST Innovations Grant, ING offers POST-certified training courses for police officers and staff on preventing and responding to hate crimes against Muslim Americans. Our POST-certified courses are free of charge, designed in two-, four-, and eight-hour blocks, and are available to be delivered online via webinar or in-person across the state of California by our trainers, who are led by Maha Elgenaidi, a long-time POST advisor on hate crimes and cultural diversity training.
