“Can anyone name any famous American Muslims?”
“Can anyone name any famous American Muslims?” For most audiences, this isn’t an easy question to answer and despite a long history in the United States, the stories of American Muslims still aren’t well-known. Here’s ING speaker Muizz Rafique exploring that history with a class at a bilingual school in San Jose. If you’re interested in learning more, you can get access to our special public presentation about American Muslims and their faith at our site.
Marital Relationships in Islam
ING Content Manager Ameena Jandali spoke to a class of marriage counselors at JFK University in Pleasant Hill last week on marital relationships for Muslims. The students were very interested in simple ways to enhance their interactions with Muslim clients, especially when it comes to domestic relations. As always, ING is happy to tailor our presentations to fit the needs of our audiences — request a guest speaker today!
San Mateo Episcopalians Asked Tough Questions
of ING Speaker — With Respect and Thoughtfulness

In the past two years, ING has almost tripled the amount of presentations that our speakers deliver for a variety of venues including Episcopal churches. Last week, ING Executive Director Maha Elgenaidi discussed the current political environment for American Muslims with the congregants of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in San Mateo. Attendees grilled Maha with tough questions that were both thoughtful and considerate based on their many travels and readings.
