"I was blown away by the quality of ING."

Thank you!
co3

Thank you for your resounding response to my appeal last week in both donations and attendance to our Ramadan dinner, which was a sold out event. Special thanks to the Muslim Community Center in Pleasanton for hosting us.

I am writing again to encourage everyone receiving this note to donate any amount you can to ING, during Ramadan.

Last week, I shared with you how ING is putting your donations to work and making an impact in the community. Here’s what one college professor had to say about the value of our work, and why we need to spread this good-will all across the country.

We can’t do it without your support. If you’ve not already given this Ramadan, please give today – any amount – which you can do securely online at https://ing.org/donate.

Thank you,

Maha Elgenaid
Trustee and incoming Board Chair

“I was blown away by
the quality of ING!”

Linda Levine, a professor and long time ING client, describes why she invited and continues to invite ING to her college classroom: “I was blown away by the quality of the volunteers, their training, their connection to my students. That was a decade ago and we’ve been doing it ever since. ING is paving the way for students of tomorrow to reach out to people and have more peace in the world. And I think they’re doing a beautiful job.”

– Linda Levine, San Jose State University professor

panels give us high marksifsbchart1

Interfaith Speakers Bureau panels made up a third of ING’s presentations, providing a live example of interfaith harmony. Ninety-five percent of audience members rated interfaith panels “Excellent” or “Good.” As stated by a student following a panel: “I have come to realize that the majority of religious people seek only to make the world a better place…”
