ING convened a two-part series on the impact of Ramadan on Muslim students during the COVID-19 pandemic via Facebook Live. The 30-minute webinars feature Muslim students as well as ING staff and public and private school teachers discussing some of the challenges students face, as well as insights and strategies to support Muslim students during the month of Ramadan.
This Facebook Live webinar was the first in a two-part series about the impact of Ramadan on Muslim students during the COVID-19 pandemic. It features graduates of the INGYouth program discussing the various challenges as well as their strategies to balance fasting during Ramadan, social distancing, studying and attending school online.

It concludes with suggestions for reasonable accommodations for fasting students to promote inclusivity and productivity during this unprecedented time.
