Thanksgiving (and Hanukkah!) greetings to you and your families

Wishing you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

familyAs all faith traditions share an emphasis on both thankfulness and giving, there has been a rise in number of interfaith Thanksgiving celebrations over the last decade. Thanksgiving is a very American holiday focused on an ideal that is simultaneously secular and religious. What better time to bring together the diverse faith communities of the United States to give thanks together?

As an added bonus, 2013 is the first year in a very long time that Hanukkah (the Jewish Festival of Lights, which starts tonight) and Thanksgiving will fall on the same day. So keep your eyes out for even more robust interfaith celebrations! Happy Hanukkah!

Our offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday of this week so that our employees can spend time with their families. We wish you and yours the best and hope that the remainder of the year is a blessed time.

Final Fall Interfaith Service Day

Muslims, Jews, Christians, and people of other faith traditions will gather at St. Anthony Foundation on Friday, December 20th to spend a day serving the community. Participants will prepare and serve lunch and sort donated items for those in need.
