ING at U.S. Department of Education Webinar

Earlier this month, the National Center on Safe Supportive Learning Environments hosted a webinar, Preventing and Intervening in Identity-Based Bullying, on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education. The webinar included experts and practitioners who discussed the definition and causes of identity-based bullying, as well as strategies on how to address it. We were grateful to be asked to participate in the event. Representing ING was one of our teen speakers, Saman Ali, who provided her experiences in bullying prevention through educational presentations at her former high school. See the full video here. Ms. Ali’s comments can be viewed at the following time segments: 41:49 to 43:12, 51:39 to 56:09, and 1:11:56 to 1:13:28.
